Terms of use

The short version: use Flowspace for your own studies, check what the AI writes before you rely on it, and keep your own export of anything you cannot afford to lose. Flowspace Free costs nothing. Flowspace Pro is not on sale yet, and nothing is charged today.

The service

Flowspace is a study workspace: a dashboard, schedule, assignments, notebooks, AI study notes, flashcards and focus sessions. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Accounts

You can use Flowspace without an account. If you sign in with Google, your workspace is tied to that Google account, so that it opens on any device you sign in on; one account has one workspace. Buying Flowspace Pro needs a signed-in account, so that a paid plan cannot be lost with a browser. Keep your Google account secure: whoever can sign in to it can open your workspace. You can sign out or delete the account in Settings at any time.

Your content

Everything you write, draw or upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only as far as that is needed to run Flowspace for you, as described on the Privacy page. Only upload material you are allowed to use, for example your own course files.

AI results

Notes, flashcards, plans and answers made by AI can contain mistakes or leave things out, even when they look complete. Check them against your course material before you rely on them, especially before an exam. Flowspace helps you study. It does not replace your lectures, your teachers or your own judgement, and following your institution's rules on academic integrity remains your responsibility.

YouTube videos

You can import public YouTube videos. The notes are meant for your personal study. The video and its content remain the property of their creator, and YouTube's own terms apply when you watch it.

Fair use

• Do not use Flowspace for anything unlawful, or to upload content that harms other people.
• Do not try to get around plan limits, overload the service, or use it through automated scripts.
• Do not try to open workspaces that are not yours.

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk for others.

Plans

Flowspace Free includes the dashboard, schedule, assignments, focus sessions and flashcards. It keeps up to 3 notebooks and up to 3 AI study notes at a time (deleting one makes room for another), with up to 5 AI imports and 25 smaller AI actions a month. The monthly allowances start again on the first day of each month. Nothing you created is removed when they do.

Flowspace Pro removes the limits on notebooks and on how many AI study notes you keep, and includes AI for everyday studying: notes from your files and videos, Smart Ink, flashcards, checks and questions. AI on Pro is not counted in imports or actions. It has a fair-use limit, measured by how much AI a workspace uses in a month, which ordinary studying does not reach and which starts again every month; if it is reached, AI pauses until then and everything else keeps working. Pro also adds AI planning, longer lecture videos and exporting notes as files. Saving your whole workspace as one file (Settings → Export) is part of every plan. The price is $16.99 a month, or $119.88 a year (which is $9.99 a month, 41% less), in US dollars everywhere. For buyers in Europe the price includes VAT; in the United States and elsewhere sales tax is added where it applies. Pro is paid for on the checkout page of our payment provider, Stripe, which shows the price, the tax and the total before you pay, and which may be the seller of record for your purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan → Cancel subscription: no further payment is taken, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling never deletes what you created. If the app shows no way to pay, Pro is not on sale yet and nothing is charged.

Refunds

If you bought Flowspace Pro as a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 days of the purchase and receive your money back: write to us, or reply to the receipt you were sent. If you buy Pro in an app store, the store's refund process applies. If something went wrong with a payment, write to us and we will sort it out.

Availability

We work to keep Flowspace running and your backup safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Features can change. Keep your own export of work that matters.

Liability

Flowspace is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for lost data, or for the results of relying on AI output. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the consumer law of your country gives you.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and delete your workspace in Settings. We may end access for workspaces that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes first and the date at the top is updated.
